Finland - Turku to Tampere

Turku was settled during the 1200s making it the oldest city in Finland. It was the most important city in Finland for hundreds of years until Finland became part of the Russian Empire in 1809. The capital of the Grand Duchy of Finland was then moved to Helsinki in 1812.
